How the Program Actually Works
We break down the startup process into manageable phases. Most participants spend about 8–12 hours weekly on coursework and real-world application.
Foundation Phase
Months 1–3 focus on identifying viable opportunities in the Australian market. You'll learn customer research methods and test your assumptions early.
Build Phase
Months 4–7 cover product development fundamentals. We help you create a minimum viable version without overspending or overbuilding.
Launch Phase
Months 8–12 concentrate on go-to-market strategy. You'll develop pricing models, marketing channels, and feedback loops that support sustainable growth.
Learn From People Who've Been There
Our instructors run businesses across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. They've dealt with Australian compliance, local funding options, and the specific challenges of building in this market. And they remember what it's like to be at the starting line.
